2. Split material from one pallet ----> one box ----> small box ----> until the smallest unit
3. Outbound with Shipment ( many transportation mode can be chosen)
4. Monitor delivery by in front of Monitor.
5. Monitoring delivering using SMS Server ( done by the truck driver)
For example:
- Truck arrives in certain Warehouse
- Truck is still loading in certain warehouse
- Truck is already delivering ( means dispatch from Warehouse)
- Truck is having problems in the road ( flat tires, robbed, rest)
- Truck arrives in certain outlet
- Truck is waiting to unload
- Truck is in unloading process
- Unloading process is finished
6. Monitor what product in which warehouse in which rack in which grid ( Material locator Monitor)
7. Monitor what is the most sellable products
8. Monitor the stock / quantity on Hand in every outlet, which outlet needs what products and how many they need
9. Monitor the expiration date in warehouse and outlets
10. You can use FIFO, LILO, FEFO.
11. Reports ( Delivery Report, Inventory Report, Proof Of Delivery Report, charts, etc)
12. Documentation Management / Records Management ( we barcode every single document to make paperless documentation) We store in the pdf file and can be accessed in the system by everyone who has the authorization, we also put the hard copy in the racks and treat them in the Record Management.
13. Return Management ( waste, scrap products, expired)
