HONEYLUV Sumbawa is gathered from non-poluted natural forest in Sumbawa Island, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. The honey is taken from the beeâ € ™ s nests by leak through method ( itâ € ™ s not pressed or heated) . As a result, the honey is more hygienic, less water content, and more durable. Moreover, itâ € ™ s not contaminated dung such as the beeâ € ™ s nests, beeâ € ™ s ANAKAN or sweat, etc.
The harvest has long lasting system which means our system is eco-friendly. We leave some of the beeâ € ™ s nests on trees for their colonies so that they can recover and build up the new nests as the way of our concern for the conservation.
Under the guidance of Jaringan Madu Hutan Indonesia ( Indonesia Honey Forest Network) , the farmers have pay attention to ecology harmony at the harvest time. Some part of the nests are left behind in order to breed.
