Aliphos® are manufactured using a proven procedure that yields a very pure dihydrate and crystalline dicalcium phosphate.

After purification, the dihydrated dicalcium phosphate crystals are precipitated. Dissolution is a gradual process, offering a number of advantages for animal feeding applications:
* low temperature process avoids the formation of biologically unavailable meta- and/ or pyro- phosphates
* crystallisation process ensures high purity of end products, virtually free of undesirable contaminants
* hydrated crystalline structure is nutritionally beneficial

It is an ideal product to use in all kinds of feed because of its high biological value and its Ca/ P ratio of 1.3: 1 ( optimum ration in a standard feed) .
