Specification: Schaefer Satellite System ( SSS)

The perfect compliment to SDI or any high-density storage systems, the Schaefer Satellite System ( SSS) is versatile and highly effective in reducing handling time and increase overall productivity.

No special handling equipment is needed. In fact SSS makes efficient use of the existing lift truck fleet with the following valuable features:

* Remote Operation
Operates remotely via RF control with no external power source, i.e. simultaneous operation of the SSS and the operator.

* On-board Battery
Comes with alternative on-board maintenance-free battery that allows full shift operations or quick change for round-the-clock operation.

* Re-charging
The control module of SSS wills monitors and indicate when charging is needed. Special chargers are included with every set of on-board power batteries.

* Safety Lock
The SSS comes with a patented safety lock that ensures it is secured to the forklift when picked up and transported to another rail channel.
