DESCRIPTION
NORCHEM 920 is synthetic fluids for metal forming especially for hot forging applications. The synergistic effect of various additives provide extreme pressure, high strength boundary film lubrication, biodegradable emulsifier, rust inhibitors, polymer, high temperature dispersant, etc. It is performance, pleasant working environment and operators acceptance. This product does not contain any PTFE ( Teflon ) , graphite, sulfur, chlorine, and heavy metals.

APPLICATION
Recommended dilution ratio with water is 1: 10 for hot forging operations and complex part of ratio up to 1: 15 for standard forging operations. For simple part dilution ratio with water is 1: 20.
This product can be applied using hand spray guns, static and automatic spraying equipment.
